Pokemon forms contest.
In the wild, Houndooms live in packs. Their pack size ranges from 5 to 9 canines, very rarely exceeding 11 members. They are very territorial, and will do whatever it takes to protect their pack, including sacrificing themselves. This is where the Alpha form comes in...
Only the alpha male Houndoom can take on this form, and this form is triggered when the Houndoom feels that the whole pack is greatly threatened and in severe danger.
However, this is only a last resort form as once the Houndoom takes on this form, the bones, especially the wing bones, and the modification of its horns and external ribcage will damage its muscles and skeletal structure extensively. Many Houndooms who have taken on this form could not live past the "Origine phase"- the period in which the Houndoom tries to take on its original form once again.
In this alpha form, the Houndoom's stats are all greatly elevated to its maximum, and all attacks' power will be intensified to the max.- a feat which is easy to accomplish at this transformed state, but the side effect of all these are received the most during the Origine Phase and the time when the Houndoom manages (a very low possibility) to turn back into its original form.
In certain rare cases, some male Houndooms have survived through this transformation. This is a very rare and special case, and occurs only once in a blue moon. Records show that the Houndooms that have lived through the Origine Phase and the side effects are mostly younger Houndooms. Older males are more likely to lose their will and strength.
The most damaging impact that most Houndooms receive after assuming this form is their severely damaged back, where their wings and wing bone have protuded out from. This damage is intensive and so excruciating, the Houndoom suffering form it will not be able to move a muscle for the next few weeks. This is where most Houndooms die at, as not only do they have to stay still, but they have to have real strong wills.
